Workshops
Preparing the body, nervous system, and support person for birth
Birth is more than a physical event.
It is an experience shaped by the body, the nervous system, our relationships, and the support around us.
Holding Space Together is a gentle, trauma-aware workshop for pregnant people and their chosen support person.
Together, we explore connection, grounding, supportive touch, nervous system awareness, movement, breath, and the role of support during birth and postpartum.
There is space to slow down.
To become curious about your body's responses.
To practice simple tools for support and regulation.
And to explore what it means to move towards birth together.
This isn't about doing birth perfectly.
It's about connection, flexibility, support, and learning that you do not need to hold everything alone.
